- Take 100 bunch spinach
- Use 1 bay leaf
- Provide 2 tsp sugar

- Wash the spinach thoroughly 5 times.drain the water,and boil for 3 min. With half the water in a karhai.and switch off the flame. Take out from the karhai and squeeze the water from palak and grinder it to a fine paste.
- Make a paste of onion,garlic,and tomato, and keep aside.
- Heat the oil in a pan,fry the cumin seeds,bay leaf, chopped green chillies,ginger,and tomato,onion,garlic,paste prepared earlier.cover and cook till it's become soft,add all the spices given,and saute for sometime. Add sugar,curd and salt as per taste. And stir well,and cook till the gravy become thick.
- Now add the spinach puree,low the flame and cook for next 10 min.
- Switch off the flame and garnish it with coriander leaves. Served with rice.
