- Take 500 grams Spinach cleaned
- Take As per taste Salt
- Get 2 Onions finely chopped
- You need 10-15 cloves Garlic
- Use 2 Green chillies
- Take 2 tbsp Oil
- Provide 1 tbsp Ghee
- Get 1 tsp Jeera
- Provide 1 pinch Hing
- Take 1 finely chopped tomato

- Prepare 1 Big cardamom
- Take 1 Bay leaf
- Prepare 1 tsp Kashmiri mirch powder
- Provide 1 " Ginger
- Use 2 tbsp Besan
- Provide 2 Whole red chillies
Instructions to make Lehsuni palak:
- Clean the spinach. Boil it for a few minutes adding salt half garlic green chillies ginger and one onion. Remove from fire and cool.
- Heat a pan. Add bay leaf,hing, whole red chillies and whole garam masalas. Add jeera. Add in the remaining onion and chopped garlic. Add in chopped tomatoes.
- Strain the water. In a blender add the spinach and besan and make a puree. Add in the strained water too and blend well.
- Add the spinach puree. Cook till the besan and spinach blend well. Remove from fire.
- In a pan heat the ghee. Add kashmiri mirch powder. Add it to the cooked spinach.
- Serve with makka rotis.
