- Use 3 tbsp chana dal
- Use 2 tbsp Urad dal
- Get 1/4 cup Rice
- Provide 1/2 cup curd

- Wash and soak, chana dal, Urad dal and rice. For 2 hours
- Now grind the above 3 things together.
- Add curd, salt to the above batter and let it ferment for 3-4 hours
- Now add chopped vegetables, jeera coriander, green chillies
- To the batter
- Give it a nice mix
- Now add soda bi carb mix it.
- In an appe pan add little oil and pour in the little batter add cheese and again pour little batter. And cover it with lid
- Allow it to rise. it will take around 3-4 minutes.
- Now remove the lid. Check if the appe has risen completely and flip it
- Just cook it for 1 minute and remove it.
- Now these healthy little cheesy balls are ready to serve.
- Serve it with nice green chutney
