- You need 6 big sized white bread
- Get 10-12 palak leaves
- Get For Besan paste:-
- Use 2 cups besan
- Take 1 tsp Ginger garlic and green chilli paste

- Use 1/4 tsp Haldi powder
- Get 1/4 tsp lemon juice
- Get 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- Get 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- Provide 1/4 teaspoon chaat masala

- You need 1/4 teaspoon tea Masala dhaniya powder
- Get 1/4 teaspoon jeera powder
- Take as per taste Salt

Steps to make Bread Palak Patara:
- Wash the palak leaves and dry using a kitchen towel.
- Take one Bowl add besan, ginger garlic chilli paste, ajwin, hing, sugar, haldi powder, lemon. Juice, red chilli powder, chaat masala, dhaniya powder, jeera powder and salt. Mix it.
- Now add water make thick paste of besan.
- Take white bread and remove all the edges. Roll it down using rolling pin on flat surface. Place a palak leaf, apply little besan mixture and spread it using your fingers to make an even layer.
- Now gently roll bread slices together to make roll. Roll it up tightly.
- Now in leftover besan mixture add little water and make thin basan batter. Deep bread Palak roll this besan batter.
- Place butter paper in stemar and steam it for 10 Minute on medium flame.
