Add a few drops of oil if you want to. - - Pour a spoonful of the batter in the paniyaram pan. Do not fill it. - - Allow the batter to cook for 2-3 minutes on a low or medium flame with the lid on. - - Flip each paniyaram with the help of a skewer or chopstick. - - Let the flip side to cook and get crisp.
