- Prepare 1/2 kg dahi or curd

- Now in a kadai or patila, Heat the oil,now add jeera,mehi, Mustard, whole red chilli and 2 pinch hing also. Crackle all and add washed palak and hari mirch in it.cover it with a lid,cook the palak for few minutes.add all spices in it.
- Now add besan paste and 1litr.water approximate.
- Keep the spoon running.high the flame when it stared boiling turn the gas low.now in low to med flame cook this.it takes little much time. After 1/2 hour check the consistency of it.
