- Use 2 cups Rava/ sooji
- Prepare 1 Chopped onions
- Take 1 Chopped carrots
- You need 1 packet Eno

- Use 1/2 cup Peanuts
- Prepare 1/2 cup Bengal gram
- Get 1/2 Onion

- You need 1 sprig Curry leaves
- Get 2 tbsp Mustard seeds
- Take 1 tsp Oil
Instructions to make Sooji appe:
- Take bowl add rava, curd, salt and mix it and keep it aside for 20 minutes.
- For the chutney.. take a pan heat some oil add bengal gram and fry till it changes colour.
- Same way fry peanuts and keep it aside.
- Now take a blender add peanuts, bengal gram, roughly chopped onion and garlic. Add water and blend it to smooth paste.
- Now add curd and salt and mix it well.
- Take the pan heat 1 tsp of oil add mustard seeds. When it starts spluttering add curry leaves.
- Put it to the chutney and mix.
- Take appe pan and heat put veet little amount of oil.
- Add eno to the batter mix it well. If batter is too thick add little water.
- Add one tbsp of batter to each. Cook for around 2 minutes and then turn. Cover and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Enjoy with chutney.
