  2. Use 1 cup Gram flour (besan)

  1. Take 5-6strips of spinach.Clean it nicely and take out the excessive stem out of it.
  2. Take a bowl,add gram flour,rice flour,ginger garlic paste,green chilli paste,salt according to taste,cumin powder,chat masala and black pepper,red chilli and a little bit of water.Mix it nicely and make a thick paste of it.
  3. Once the paste is ready put one by one spinach leaf in the paste and coat it well both the sides of the leaf.
  4. Take a pan heat oil in the pan and now put one by one coated spinach leaf in the oil.
  5. Fry it both the sides for about 2-3miutes. Serve it crisp and hot.
