- Use 3/4 cup coarse wheat flour (like rawa)

- Use 1/4 cup besan/Gram flour
- Take as needed Curd /yogurt
- You need 3-4 tbsp oil

- Take chopped palak,methi, lettuce in a thali. Add salt and sugar and rub with your hand till leafy vegetables becomes soft and watery.
- Now add grated onion and all spices,soda bi carb and mix well.
- Now add all three flours,mix gently. Add curd as required (I used 2 tbsp) to make soft dough.
- From prepare dough mixture, with oily hands make 6 ablong shape rolls. Arrange them on greased holed plate as shown.
- Place it on stand kept in water filled big vessel or in steam cooker. Cover and steam cook for 25-30 minutes. Don't open the lid for 10 minutes.
- After 10 mins take the steamed Muthia plate out. Cut into slices. Pour oil on it.
