  1. You need 3 bowls spinach leaves
  2. You need 1 bowl Wheat flour
  3. Use 4 tsp gram flour (Besan)
  4. Prepare 3 tsp rice flour
  5. Use 2 tsp Green chilli paste
  6. Provide 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  7. Prepare 1 tsp turmeric powder

  9. Get 2 tsp hot oil
  10. You need 2 tsp Sesame seeds

  12. Take As required Oil for shallow fry parathas
Steps to make Palak Paratha:
  1. Wash the spinach leaves and make puree in mixer.
  2. Take all flours in big bowl,add ginger garlic paste,salt, turmeric powder, Green Chilli paste,sesame seeds,Ajwain,hot oil and mix well,then add spinach puree to knead medium soft dough.
  3. Rest the dough for 10 minutes,take a small ball from it
  4. Roll paratha as usual
  5. Heat tava on medium flame,apply some oil and place the paratha on tava,add oil from all sides,turn it add oil from other side,shallow fry neatly from both the sides.
  6. Parathas are ready to serve,serve with chutney,sauce or potato Sabji.
