- For besan yogurt batter–Take a bowl, add besan, yogurt and water, mix it well.
- For palak batter-Grind green chillies, palak. leaves, ginger and little bit water in a mixer. Add palak batter to the besan yogurt batter.
- For tadka–Heat a pan, add 2tsp mustard oil,hing, red chillies,mustard seeds, cumin seeds when crackles add onion, saute for one minute then add besan palak batter to it. Stir it.
