- Take 5 large free range eggs
- Get 6-8 stems of Tenderstem broccoli
- Use Or 5-6 asparagus spears
- Take 80 g approx. Smoked salmon
- Prepare 1/2 white onion (fine dice)
- Provide 1 tbsp snipped chives
- You need 50 g grated mature cheddar
- You need 20 g finely grated Parmesan (or equivalent)
