- Provide 1 cups Wheat flour
- Take 1/2 cup split green Moong dal
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon red Chilli powder
- Prepare 1/4 th teaspoon Carom seeds/Ajwain
- Provide 1 pinch Turmeric powder
- Use 2 tablespoon Oil or Ghee

- Clean and soak green gram for 3-4 hours.
