  1. You need 2 cups wheat flour
  2. Take 2 sp besan
  3. Provide 1 sp carom seeds
  4. Take 1 sp corriander powder
  5. Use 2 sp cream
  6. Use to taste Salt
  7. Provide 1 bunch palak/spinach
  8. Prepare 1/2 cup corriander leaves
  9. Provide 4 green chillies
  10. Get 1/2 inch ginger
  11. Get 1 onion

Steps to make Palak laccha paratha:
  1. Wash palak and blanch half of it and keep half as it is.
  2. Blend palak banched and raw, green chillies,ginger, corriander leaves, chopped onion, chopped tometo to puree add little water if needed.
  3. In bowl add besan,wheat flour, corriander powder,carom seeds,fresh cream,and palak puree and make dough of it. Keep aside for 15min.
  4. Make balls of dough and roll it like chapati and cut with knife like strips (see pic) keep both edges joined,now roll it as shown in picture.
