- Take 2 1/2 cups wheat flour

- Grind the moong daal coarsely and soak for 3 to 4 hours.
- Drain any excess water from daal. Add wheat flour, 3 tablespoon oil,chilli powder, turmeric powder, ajwain and salt. Mix all together and make a dough using water if required. The dough should be similar to roti dough. Knead for a minute or so and cover and set aside for at least 20 minutes.
- On medium heat, heat tawa. Make 15 equal balls from the dough and roll out to medium size.
- Place the rolled korma roti on the hot tawa. Brush some oil on each side and cook the roti on both side. To make it crispy press it with a ladle while roasting. The roti should be nice and crispy and nice golden colour.
