  1. Use 1 cup spinach leaves
  2. You need 100 gms paneer
  3. Take 1/2 cup besan
  4. Get 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
  5. Take 1/2 tbsp chaat masala
  6. Use 1/2 tbsp coriander powder
  7. Provide 1/4 tbsp saunf powder
  8. Get 1 chopped green chilli
  9. Prepare 1 inch grated ginger
  10. Use 2 tbsp green coriander

Instructions to make Palak Paneer Stick:
  1. First, wash the spinach leaves properly. Now take hot water in a bowl and keep the leaves in it for 2 mins. Now remove the leaves from water and keep it in a strainer. Now cut the paneer and sprinkle red chilli powder and chaat masala on it.
  2. Now take a spinach leaf and place a paneer cube at one side. Now fold the leaf from both side and make a roll of it. Folding is same as we do for spring rolls.
  3. Now take besan in a bowl and add all spices as mentioned above and mix well. Make a batter for pakodas. Now dip each stick in batter and fry till golden brown.
