The ingredients needed to make Kerala sukhiyan:
- Take 2 cup cooked green gram
- Use 1/2 cup desiccated coconut/ grated coconut
- Get 1 cup jaggery melted
- You need 2 cup maida/ all-purpose flour
- Prepare 2 tsp turmeric powder

- Mix boiled green gram, grated coconut, elaichi powder and jaggery together in a large bowl
- Take a small portion of above mix and make into a lemon sized ball
- In an another bowl mix maida/All-purpose flour, salt, turmeric powder into a thick paste without any lumbs
- Cover the green gram mix in this maida mix
- Deep fry the balls in the oil. Cook until it become golden brown. Remove it from the oil.
