The ingredients needed to make Instant Rabdi Pudding:
  1. Use 1 bowl leftover barfi / milk peda
  2. Take 1/2 bowl crumbled sponge cake/ biscuits
  3. Take 1/4 cup Chopped mixed nuts
  4. Use 1 cup Chopped fruits of your choice
  5. Provide 2 cup milk
Instructions to make Instant Rabdi Pudding:
  1. First take pieces of barfi in a blender and make powder of it. Heat milk in a pan and add this powder to it. Cook for 2 min.
  2. Add some chopped nuts to it. There is no need to add sugar as burfi contains enough sugar. In 2 min our thick rabdi is ready.
  3. In a bowl crumble sponge cake or we can use crushed biscuits of chocolate flavour. Now take a serving glass and start assembling of pudding.
  4. First in the bottom make a layer of crumbled cake and set it well. Now pour rabdi to it and make second layer of it.Again make a layer of crumbled cake.
  5. Now make a layer of chopped fruits of your choice. I use apple and kiwi. Finally pour rabdi to make top layer of it. Garnish with fruits or chocolates. Yummy instant dessert is ready to serve.
