- Prepare 250 gm hara Pyaaz
- Take 4 medium aaloo
- Use 3 Green chillies
- Get 1 tsp jeera
- You need as per taste Salt

- Nicely wash hara pyaaz and chop finely. Chop green chilies too. Cut the aaloo in cube shape.
- Take a kadai, add oil. Once it's hot add jeera and then aaloo. Add salt, mix both and cover the lid, let it cook for 10/15 mins by in between stirring it.
