  1. Prepare 1-1 1/2 lb. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs, Trimmed
  2. Provide 3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  3. Prepare 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  4. Use 1 Tbsp Yellow Mustard Seeds, Whole
  5. Use 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
  6. Get 1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
