- Provide 2.5 lbs lean ground beef
- Get 2 small onions chopped
- Get 2/3 red and yellow pepper chopped

- Brown ground beef, drain and reserve
- In 2 Tbs olive oil sautee red pepper flakes, chopped peppers first then onion until soft
- Add all tomatoes and paste, Worcestershire, garlic and other spice to vegetables and simmer until chopped tomatoes soften (about 1 hour)
- While boiling macaroni add beef to tomato mixture and simmer
- When mac is cooked, add to rest stir and let sit 30 minutes before eating
- Garnish with shredded cheese
