- First, cut the paneer in small cubes, marinate with a little salt, turmeric and chilli powder, fry lightly and keep aside for later use.
- In a kadai add 2 to 3 tbsp oil add whole coriander seed and whole garam masala. When masala starts sputtering add chopped onion into it and souteè till onion becomes light brown.
- Now add ginger garlic paste and fry for 1 to 2 minutes more, then add chopped tomatoes to it and fry till tomatoes become tender.
- Now add turmeric powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, salt and other masala to it and fry for a few sec. After 1 to 2 minutes add curd to the masala and mix well on medium flame for 1 minute then add dried rose petals and mix well. Add 1/2 cup water if required and give it a boil.
- Now it's time to add paneer to the gravy, add fresh cream to it and mix well. Cook the gravy for 1 to 2 minutes more then mix 1/2 tsp garam masala, coriander leaves and mix it well. Now paneer kundan kaliyan is ready to serve. Garnish it with some more rose petal and coriander leaves and enjoy this delicious paneer with your rice or roti.
