- Preheat oven at 180 for 10 minutes and bake it at 180 for 30 minutes
- For rabdi: in another pan, add 4 cups milk, elaichi powder, saffron milk on high flame till it gets boiled
- Then boil it on low flame till milk thickens and reduces to half. Rabdi is ready. Let it get semi cool
- When cake is baked let it get cool cut it in pieces. Make pricks on cake using fock
- Pour rabdi on cake and garnish it with dryfruits
