  1. Green chutney : Add green chillies, coriander, mint, garlic, salt, cumin and some water and blend well.
  2. Sweet and sour Red chilli chutney :soaked Kashmiri red chilli for about 4 hours. Now blend red chilli with water.
  3. In a pan add oil and chopped garlic,chopped onion and fry well for a while.
  4. Now add blended red chilli paste, vinegar, salt, Jaggery, Lemon juice.cook until Jaggery melts and becomes thick paste.
  5. Take mashed potatoes add chopped onion, green chilli chopped, coriander leaves, mint leaves, Imli chutni. And all spices mentioned above, mix well
  6. Now cut bread slices in round shape with the help of cutter. In a pan toast bread slices. Now take slices spread red chilli chutney in one slice, and spread green chutney in second slice.
  7. Now spread potato masala over it and cover with second slice. On the edges put Imli chutni and stick sev over it. Sprinkle green chillies, coriander leaves,onion and more chutney and enjoy.
