- Take 1 bowl suji
- Prepare 1 bowl sugar
- Provide 3 bowl water

Instructions to make Suji Halwa:
- Take a kadhai add ghee and heat.
- Add suji and sauté it on low flame till light brown colour.
- On another side if gas, take a sauce pan and boil the water add sugar and mix well.

- Regular stirr the halva till it leaves the side of kadhai and leave ghee.
