  1. For sabudana khichdi- - Rinse 200 grams Sabudana or tapioca pearls a couple of times in running water until all the starch is washed away. Soak the sabudana in water. The water level can be 1 to 1.5 inches above the sabudana.
  2. To check if the sabudana has become soft or not, you should be easily able to press the sabudana and it should get mashed up easily. Now add black pepper powder and rock salt to it and mix it well.
  3. Take kadai and add ghee to it. First of all fry potatoes and then groundnuts and keep it aside.
  4. Now add 1 tsp ghee and add jeera, green chilli and tomato. Roast it for a min and then sabudana and keep stirring after 1 min add fries potatoes and groundnuts and mix it.
  5. Now cover it with a lid for 4 to 5 mins then your sabudana khichdi is ready to serve. Garnish it with coriander.
  6. For kutu ki pakode - add kutu ka aata to a bowl and add black pepper powder and rock salt. On the other hand cut potatoes according to your wish may be rounded or cubed.
  7. Now add water to the aata and make it like a paste. On the other hand add oil or ghee to the kadai and heat it.
  8. Now add one by one potatoes to the paste and fry it in the kadai. Your kutu pakodi is ready. Now take dahi (meethi or fiki) according to your taste and make a thali with all these dishes. Enjoy with your family and friends.
