The ingredients needed to make Sago khichdi:
- Provide 1 cup sago(sabudana)
- Provide 1 tbsp oil
- Prepare 1 tsp mustard seed
- Prepare 1 tsp finely chopped green chilli
- Take 1 medium size chopped tomato
- Prepare 1 tbsp raw peanut
- Use 8-10 curry leaves
- Prepare 1 tsp black pepper powder

- Use 1 tsp Lemon juice
Instructions to make Sago khichdi:
- Wash and soak sago with enough water to get soft and spongy for atleast 3 to 4 hours. Drain the excess water.
- In a pan, add oil
- Crackle mustard seed, then add peanuts roast it for a minute.
- Then add curry leaves, green chilli and tomato. Fry for some time.
- Then add sago, salt and black pepper powder. Mix it well
- Add any seasoning of ur choice at this stage. You can add some water if require.
- Fry for 2 minute. Then add lemon juice and green chopped coriander. Mix it well.
- Serve hot.
