  1. Use 1 cup suji
  2. Get 1 1/2 cup sugar (or as per taste)
  3. You need 1/2 cup Ghee
  4. You need 4 tbsp mix dry fruits
  5. You need 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  6. Use 1 cup hot milk
  7. Prepare 1 cup water
Instructions to make Suji ka Halwa:
  1. In a bowl add hot milk, water and sugar and stir it well to dissolve the sugar. And keep aside.
  2. Heat a kadhai on a medium flame then add half of Ghee let it melt completely. once the ghee get melted add suji to it. Now roast the suji on a low flame till it gets a nice golden colour in colour.
  3. Add mixed dry fruits to it.
  4. Add the liquid that we made earlier to the roasted suji and stir it continuously to avoid lumps and combine all the ingredients very well.
  5. Now add the remaining ghee, cardamom powder and mix it.
  6. Now cover it with lid and cook for another min.
