- Prepare Vada
- Prepare 1 cup Urad dal
- Take 1/2 cup Green coriander

- Provide Onion &tomato chutney
- Provide 1 medium onion
- Use 1 medium tomato
- Use 1/2 inch ginger
- Use 6-7 clove garlic
- Provide 1 Green chilli
- Use 1/2 tspoon roasted chana dal
- Take 1 tspoon refind oil
- Use 1/2 tspoon degi mirch
Instructions to make Vada with nariyal &tomato onion chutney:
- Soak dal for 8-9 hour. After that make a thick paste of it. Now pour it into a bowl and whisk it till become fluffy.Now add chopped green chilli,coriander, curry leaves salt and rice flour.
- Heat sufficient oil in a wok. Now wet your hand and put some batter on your fingers and make a hole with the help of ur thumb. And transfer it into oil. Fry all the vada in medium hot oil till they become golden brown.
- Natiyal chutney. Put all the ingredients in a jar and make a fine paste with the help of milk.
- Onion chutney. Heat oil in a pan put onion into oil and fry for 3 minutes now add green chilli garlic and ginger to it and fry for 4 minutes. add degi mirch and tomato along with oil and cook it till tomato become soft. Now transfer it in to a bowl and wait till it become cool. Now grind it with the help of water dont forgot to add roasted chana dal.
- Heat a small pan add 1 tsp oil 1 broken red chilli rai and curry leave. Garnish both chutney with it. And serve vada with both.
