Steps to make Ghughra:
- Take one cup all purpose flour ie maida in one bowl add salt ghee and make dough and keep it for rest while u prepare stuffing.
- In one pan heat oil add cumin and add pre boiled mashed potatoes and add all masalas
- Take small ball size dough make small roti fill stuffing and bind at end with little water at ends and close it firmly with help of fork and fry them in hot oil on medium flame till golden crisp.now for serving tear them in between add chutney onion masala peanuts,sev,coriander leaves and enjoy.
