- I didn't have breadcrumbs so I had to make. Took 6 slices of bread and toasted them dry.Then blended to fine consistency.
- Marinate the fish with black pepper,lemon and salt
- Cut into small pieces. Dip in Flour,then beaten eggs then breadcrumbs.
- Finally deep fry till it turns golden brown
