- Get 3 Onion (sliced round pieces)
- Provide 1 Cup Gram Flour
- You need 2 Green chillies

- Chop onions, green chillis, curry leaves and ginger to very thin slices.

- Preheat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot enough, pour 1 tbsp of batter (for each vada) to the oil, and deep fry.
