- Take 1 cup soaked yellow moong dal (4 to 5 hrs)
- Take 2 tbsp rice flour
- Take 2 medium sized chopped onion
- Get 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves

- You need 1 tsp whole jeera
- You need 1 teaspoon jeera powder
- Get 1 tsp aamchur powder
- Provide 1 tsp coriander powder
- Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder

- Get 1/4 tsp hing
- Provide As per taste Salt

- Make a smooth and thick paste of soaked moong dal add water if required.
- At the same time take oil in a kadhai and keep it on gas stove for heating
- In a mixing bowl add moong dal paste, rice flour, chopped onion coriander,green chilli, baking soda, turmeric powder, whole jeera, jeera powder, coriander powder,salt,red chilli powder,hing, aam chur powder.
- Now make small balls of the mixture and start deep frying it on medium flame.
- Stir it in between to avoid burning and fry it till it turns to golden.
- When it turns golden take it out in a bowl and fry remaining mixture like that.
- So your moong dal vada is ready to serve.
