- You need 4 big boiled potatoes
- Take to taste Salt
- Take 3 tsp finely chopped coriander
- You need For For tempering:

- In a bowl mashed potatoes. Add salt and coriander leaves.
- In a kadhai take oil for tempering. Add rai, curry leaves, green chillies crushed, garlic crushed and saute for 2 mins. Then add haldi powder.Add this mixture on boil potatoes and mix well.
- Make balls out of this mixture and keep aside.
- In a bowl take besan. Add salt to taste, red chilli powder, and add water and make a batter. Add 1 tsp hot oil and mix well.
- Dip the potato balls in besan batter and deep fry. Serve hot with fried chillies and garlic chutney.
