- Take 4 medium sized eggs
- Get 1 med. Size onions (optional)
- You need Half tspn ginger n garlic paste each
- You need Seasoning
- Use 2 tbspn flour (for coating)
- You need 1/4 tspn of corn flour
- Get 1/4 tspn of chilli flakes
- Use Breadcrumbs
- Take 2 eggs for dipping
Instructions to make Crunchy egg fingers:
- In a bowl break the eggs, add ur ginger n garlic paste, or any spices of ur choice add ur seasoning, chopped onions and a pinch of salt whisk
- Get a container (i used ice cream container the long one) pour the egg mixture cover it and cook it for 15mins
- Bring it down and let it cool off
- Cut it like fingers and set aside
- In a bowl add in ur 2tbspn of flour, pinch of salt and chilli flakes and u mix
- In another bowl put it bread crumbs
- Whisk 2 eggs separately with salt😂
- Take an egg slice and coat it in flour mix 1st then dip it in egg and coat it in breadcrumbs, dip it in egg again and coat it in breadcrumbs.
- Deep fry it till golden brown
