The ingredients needed to make Hala's tiramisu:
- Take 3 eggs, separated into white and yolks
- Provide 100 g sugar
- Use 400 g mascarpone
- Take 3 teaspoons vanilla
- Use 30 lady fingers, or sponge fingers
- You need 1/2 liter black coffee
- Use 30 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
Instructions to make Hala's tiramisu:
- Put the egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl. Mix until the mixture is creamy and firm.
- Add in the mascarpone and continue mixing.
- Meanwhile, use a mixer to beat the egg whites into foam.
