  2. Take 2 bunches green chillies
  3. Provide 8-10 curry leaves
  4. You need 3-4 green chillies

  8. Provide 1 and 1/2 cups besan

Instructions to make Vada pav:
  1. Grind coriander leaves, curry leaves and green chilli to fine paste..take a pan add oil now add mustard seeds and jeera saute well add ground paste to it.Cook for a while and make sure it doesnt have any water remaining.
  2. Add this green mixture to boiled potatoes add salt and mix well..now make balls from it and keep aside.
  3. Make the batter of besan by adding besan, salt, red chilli powder and water. Make little thick paste add very little baking soda to it..
  4. Now dip the balls into the batter and deep fry them.
  5. Take buns cut into halves apple ketchup and pudina chutney..Add vadas in between and serve with chutneys and whole green chillies and it's ready.
