  1. Use 5-6 medium sized potatoes boiled
  2. Take 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

  1. Mashed potatoes.

  4. In mixing bowl take besan, Turmeric powder,1/2tsp chat masala,Hing and red chilli powder.make batter with water.
  5. Coat Tikki in batter then fry in hot oil. Serve hot batata vada with chilli and chutney.
