- Use 1 midium size Lauki (bottle gourd)
- You need 1/2 onion
- Provide 1 1/2 tomato
- Use 2 tbs besan (gram flour)
- Provide red chili powder
- Prepare leaves coriander
- Prepare 1 tsp Ginger paste
- Get salt
- Use Oil for frying
- Use milk 1 cup or cream
- Prepare 1 tsp garam Masala
- Take 1/4 tsp Cumin
- Use 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

- For Kofta: Peel and Grate bottle gourd and let it rest some time. Strain all the water and keep aside to use in gravy. Add besan and mix well. Add 1/2 tsp coriander powder, salt and chili as per taste.
- Heat oil in a deep pan for frying kofta. On medium heat, take a spoonful of mixture and fry till golden brown on both sides.

- For Gravy : Grind Onion, In a Pan heat oil and add onion. Fry till onin changes color.
- Grind Tomato, add it to onion with remaining spices. Keep stirring continuously till oil starts to separate. Do not let it stick to bottom.
- Add milk and let it boil. Add water and let the gravy cook for 3-4 min. Add Koftas in gravy and boil for 2-3 min more.
- Kofta Curry is ready to be served garnish with Coriander leaves and serve.
