  2. Fir usme besan or masala mix karein de. Pani ka use nai karna. Ek pan garam karein usme oil daale or garam hone de fir mixer ke chote chote balls bana kar fry karein. low flame pe brown ho jae to unko nikal le.
  3. Dusri taraf mein onion, ginger, garlic ko grind kar le. Tomatoes and green chilli ko alag se karein.
  4. Fir pan mein oil garam karein tej patta daale. jeera daale ek pinch hing fir paste dale or achhe se bhune jab tak oil na dekhe. fir tomato paste dal kar bune fir haldi, kasmiri lal mirch, salt daal do..
  5. Fir 2 spoon malai daale aur mix karein.. 2 min pakaye, fir pani dale jitni gravy rkhna chahte ho us hisab se
  6. Jab gravy ready ho jaye to usme kofte daal kar 2 min tak pakaye. fir garam masala daale or hara dhaniya se garnish karein.. Sarve karein
