  1. 1st bring Potatoes remove it's skin and transfer it to a plate and mash it properly add mix with Ghuguni.

Turn on the gas place a pan add there little oil then add green chillies chopped and panch furan when it starts cracking keep the gas on low flame then add 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric, 1 Teaspoon red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder and stir it now add mashed potatoes and boiled Ghuguni to it then add 2 Teaspoons tomato ketchup and add 1/2 glass of water and then cook it for 2 mins then add salt and cook it in medium flame for 3 mins also cover the lid.

Now it's time to decorate our chaat bring a plate add 4 Tablespoons of prepared mix (Ghuguni) then add chopped onions, chopped cucumber, grated Beetroot, 1 Teaspoon of Curd, 2 teaspoon of Tamrind masala mix, sev, papdi add black salt, chaat masala powder and coriander leaves.
