- Provide 3 boiled potato
- Prepare Salt as per the taste

Instructions to make Vada Pav:
- In a bowl add boiled potato mash them add salt into it. In a jar add curry leaves, corriender leaves, garlic and green chilli and grind them together make a fine paste.
- Now in a pan add oil as oil heats add rai, udal dal and above paste saute it for a min add haldi powder mix them all together and transfer this tadka into mashed potatoes. Mix them all together and make even balls out of it.
- In a bottom vessel keep oil for heating. In a bowl add besan, salt, red chilli powder, soda and water make a batter. The consistency of batter should not be flowy it should be thick. Dip the ball into the batter coat it well fry this balls on medium flame till it turns golden brown. Serve hot it with pav and chutney.
