  1. Provide 3-4 mashed potatoes (Boiled)
  2. You need 2 tbsp green chllies, adrakh paste

Steps to make Vada Pav:
  1. Heat oil in a pan add musterd seeds, hing, add curry leaves, green chilli adrakh paste, saute for 1-minutes. Add boiled and mashed potatoes,haldi powder add salt, lemon juice, and saute for few seconds. Mix well.
  2. Switch off the flame, keep aside and let it be cool for 4-5 minutes. Take the mixture and divide it into small portions and make balls.Take a bowl add besan, turmeric powder, salt and mix well. Make a smooth batter.dip each round of the vada balls into the prepared batter and allow it to coat the mixture well.
  3. Deep fry the vada into the hot oil. Drain fried vadas and serve. Each pav apply green chutney and garlic chutney, place on vada in each pav and serve it fresh. Serve with tomato sauce and mumry.
