The ingredients needed to make Vada pav fondue:
  1. Get Ingridients needed to make Vada masala :
  2. Use 3 tbsp Curry Leaves
  3. Use 3 Garlic Cloves Peeled
  4. You need 1/4 Tsp Turmeric
  5. Provide 2 Cup Potatoes, Boiled, Peeled & Mashed
  6. You need 1 Inch Ginger garlic
  7. Use 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves, Chopped
  8. You need 3 Green Chilies
  9. You need To make Vada Pav fondue sauce :
  10. Provide 1 tbsp oil
  11. Provide 2 Green chilli chopped
  12. Get 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  13. Use 1 cup curd
  14. Get 1 tbsp Besan atta/gram flour
  15. Use leaves fresh coriander
  16. Use To taste Salt
Instructions to make Vada pav fondue:
  1. Heat oil in a wide pan over medium flame.
  2. Once hot add in mustard seeds and let them splutter for few seconds. Add whole coriander seeds. Add in the curry leaves and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Then add Ginger garlic & green chilli paste and sauté for 2 minutes on medium heat. - Add turmeric powder and saute for another minute.
  4. Then add in the mashed potatoes, red chilli poweder & salt to taste and mix well.
  5. Cook for 2 more minutes. Add chopped fresh coriander leaves & lemon juice in the end. - Remove from heat and let the potato mixture cool completely.
  6. To make Fondue sauce : - - In a pan put oil and butter. - Next add Besan atta
  7. Bhuno it on slow flame so there is no colour change.Bhuno it till nice aroma comes out from besan.
  8. Add Green chill and chopped Spring onions. - - Next add curfew to make fondue sauce. Use whisker so that no lumps remain and sauce should be silky smooth.
  9. Add chopped fresh coriander leaves.
  10. Fondue sauce is ready. Garnish with coriander.
  11. Slice open a soft and fluffy pav. Fill in Vada masala inside it.
  12. Make vertical and horizontal cuts and from each pav make 6 pieces.Saute all pieces in butter
  13. Dunk masala pav pieces into hot Fondue and enjoy.
