  2. Make small ball shape from the batter. Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry the koftas till they become golden brown. (Take them out and keep aside)
  3. Add oil in a pan and heat it. When oil gets hot add bay leaves and whole spice..Saute some time to get nice aromat smell.add onion turn to golden brown.
  4. .After saute add onion-garlic- ginger paste. Stir constantly and cook until oil starts floating on the surface. Add coriander powder,chilli powder,turmeric powder,mix properly and fry for a minute
