Instructions to make Batata Vada:
- Mix all the ingredients for batter in a mixing bowl.
- Add water and make batter of thick consistency. Keep aside.
- In a separate pan add all the ingredients for vada.
- Mash and mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Now make small balls of lemon size.
- Heat oil in a karahi and dip potato ball in batter and put vadas one by one and deep fry till golden brown colour.
- Flip the side and fry from other side also.
