The ingredients needed to prepare Fish Fry:
  1. You need 1 kg fish
  2. You need to taste Salt
  3. Take (FOR FISH MASALAH)
  4. Use 1 - tsp red chilli powder
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp termuric powder
  6. Take 1/2 tsp salt
  7. Take 1 tsp dhania powder
  8. Use 1 tsp pulao zeera whole
  9. Take 1/2 tsp zafrani garam masala powder. Or regular
  10. Prepare 1/4 th tsp. Nutmag powder(jaifal)
  11. You need 2 tbsp pomegranate powder (anar Dana powder)
  12. Use 3-4 lemon
  13. Get Oil for frying
Instructions to make Fish Fry:
  1. Sprinkle salt on all pieces of fish.
  2. Set a side for 1 hour. Wash it.
  3. Mix 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder and 1/2 tsp of termuric powder and sprinkle on all pcs of fish. Put for half an hour..again.
  4. Shallow fry all pcs.
  5. When fish cooked and crispy from both sides, take out in the plate.
  6. Take out pieces from pan into plate, quickly squiz lemon juice on hot fish pieces.
  7. And than sprinkle fish masala over it.
  8. Preparation for masala.. Mix all dry ingridients.
  9. Put remaining masala into air tight jar and preserve it
