- Prepare 1/2 Bottle-gourd
- Provide 1 Onion
- Provide 1 Tomato
- Provide 2-3 Garlic Cloves
- You need 1 Bay leaf
- Get 2-3 Dry Tadka Chilies
- Prepare 2-3 Curry Leaves
- Provide 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- Take 1 tsp Coriander Seeds

- Use 3 tsp Peanuts
- Provide 1 cup Chickpea flour (Besan)
- Provide 1 tsp Garam Masala
- Get 1/2 cup Curd

- Provide 1 tsp Turmeric Powder

- Grate the gourd and squeeze water, keep aside. Add flour, half tsp salt and turmeric, and coriander to mix well
- Make small balls, if required you can more besan in it.
- Shallow fry it
- Give tadka in oil with seeds, dry chilli and curry leaves
- Make puree of onion, tomato, garlic, coconut and peanuts, add it in tadka with turmeric
- Add remaining spices, salt and coriander chopped
- Add cup of water. Cover the lid cook it for 3-4 min on medium flame
- Now add kofta's and curd, mix well and cook 1 min more
- Serve with Hot fresh Paratha (bread)
