- Prepare For covering:
- You need 2 cups whole wheat flour
- You need 4 tbsp oil/ghee

- Mix flour, ghee /oil and salt to make a semi hard dough after adding some water.Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Chopped onion, green chillies, garlic and ginger.
- In a bowl take sattu, add chopped veggies and all powdered spices. Add 1 tsp mustard oil and lemon juice also.
- Mix all to crumble, keep aside.
- Now divide the wheat flour dough into 8 equall portions,flatten each portion and stuff 2 tbsp sattu stuffing into it. Moist the edges with water and seal the edges to give the shape of kachori.

- Heat oil on medium flame, when warm add 4 kachoris to the oil. Fry on low flame. After 10 minutes flip the kachoris and fry on another side till golden.
