- Use for curry / kadhi :-
- Get 1 litre lassi / buttermilk
- Prepare 1 small cup besan / gram flour
- Get 3 tomatoes
- Take 2 potatoes

- Add a big pan add lassi and besan, salt, turmeric powder and cook for 15 min.
- Heat oil in a wok add jeera and crackle it.
- Add ginger paste and saute and add all chopped vegies and cook it.
- Add lassi mixture in it and cook for 5 min.
- For rice :-
- Take a cooker add oil heat it and put jeera and crackle it.
- Add rice & water and stir well.
- Add spices and close the lid of cooker and cook till one whistle.
